In Hell, overpopulation is managed with brutal annual purges, but Charlie Morningstar, the optimistic princess of the underworld, believes there is another way. She opens the Hazbin Hotel, a strange little rehabilitation project meant to help sinners change and earn a chance at redemption. With her devoted partner and a handful of unruly residents, Charlie tries to keep the doors open while chaos, temptation, and politics threaten her dream.

Synopsis

Hell is packed, volatile, and ruled by power plays, and the yearly exterminations keep its population in check through violence. Charlie Morningstar, daughter of Lucifer and heir to the throne, refuses to accept that as the only solution. Determined to prove that even the worst souls can improve, she launches the Hazbin Hotel, a redemption-focused refuge where sinners are encouraged to confront their habits and try to become better. The plan attracts a mismatched roster of residents, each with their own vices, rivalries, and baggage, and it also draws the attention of dangerous figures who see opportunity in Charlie’s idealism. Alongside her steadfast girlfriend Vaggie and a small circle of allies, Charlie attempts to turn the hotel into a functioning program while navigating Hell’s ruthless social order. As the hotel’s unconventional experiment gains visibility, Charlie must balance hope with hard truths and keep her mission alive in a place built to crush it.
