As he forms a trusted team, Oliver struggles to balance secrecy, justice, and the personal cost of becoming a symbol.

Synopsis

Oliver Queen was once a reckless billionaire with few responsibilities, until a sudden tragedy at sea leaves him missing and presumed dead. When he resurfaces years later, he comes home to a city shaped by corruption and to loved ones who have rebuilt their lives without him. Keeping much of his past hidden, Oliver adopts the identity of a masked archer and begins a methodical crusade against criminals and influential operators who hide behind wealth and power. His mission quickly draws attention from law enforcement, rival vigilantes, and dangerous enemies who test his limits. With help from a small circle that includes a former soldier and a brilliant tech ally, Oliver learns that taking on the city requires more than skill with a bow. As relationships shift and secrets unravel, he must decide what kind of hero he can be and what he is willing to sacrifice to protect those he cares about.
