Synopsis

About a year after the Stargate program is restarted, the U.S. government forms SG-1, a top-tier Air Force unit tasked with off-world reconnaissance, diplomacy, and defense. Led by seasoned field officers and supported by brilliant scientists and allies, the team travels to planets linked by a vast network of gates, encountering cultures shaped by ancient visitors and advanced technology. Their discoveries bring opportunity, but also danger: parasitic alien rulers, relentless artificial enemies, and powerful factions with their own crusades all vie for control of the galaxy. Back at the secret Cheyenne Mountain facility, commanders and researchers balance national security with the ethics of first contact and the risks of bringing alien artifacts to Earth. As SG-1’s missions grow in scale, their bond and hard-won experience become as crucial as their weapons, helping them protect Earth while pushing into the unknown.
